- Delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
- The delivery fee is £2.50 per item
- DELIVERY IS FREE FOR ORDER'S OF £50 or more.
- Please ensure to group your items in one order to qualify.
- We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
- Orders are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment and posted recorded delivery, requiring a signature.

Please contact us for deliveries outside the UK or if you have any queries or special requirements, we will be happy to assist where possible.
Returns Policy
We hope that you love the t-shirts that you buy from us, but you can tell us that you wish to *cancel or return the goods at anytime up to 21 days after the day on which you receive your complete order.
*Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of personalised t-shirts unless they are faulty.
Returns
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty t-shirt or if we make an error with your order, we will exchange for a replacement or make a full refund including postage. Please ensure that returns are in an acceptable, re-sellable condition in order for us to carry out this process.
Exchanges
Should you decide to exchange a t-shirt that is without fault; postage costs for the replacement will be chargeable. Once we have received the original item, your replacement item will (were possible) be sent within 3 working days.
Refund / Exchanges Exclusions
No refund or exchange will be offered for returns that are not in the same condition as when received and please return in their original packaging were possible. In the case of items returned that are without faults, or where no errors have been made in the order by La Rock T-Shirts, unfortunately the cost of the return postage will not be refunded. We are not able to offer a refund or exchange on an item where a customer does not have proof of posting should the item not arrive.
